This is a gorgeous chocolate brown velvet long overcoat.  Robe style in that it has a matching velvet waist tie and a babydoll style cut.  Has fold up cuffs on the arms and a gold and crystal detail single button closure.  from the babydoll waist seaming goes out flaring to a A-line skirt cut and has a double triangle style trench cut on the back.  Has a trench style large collar. Gorgeous and perfect condition.  No pockets.  No damage.  Has two levels sewn in, one on the back/neck and one on the right side toward the knee.  Back/Neck label states designer ad “Polan’s West Virginia” and side knee label states “ Marguerite Rubel San Francisco”.  No size or other labels besides a Dry cleaning only one.  Outer layer made of brown velvet and inner lining is a beautiful chocolate brown satin.
